Filtration equipment fails for boring reasons: a seal weeps, a shaft pits, a speed drifts two rpm and the cake stops releasing. The Oil Chemical Equipment Gearbox is designed around those three failure modes — a fully enclosed, corrosion-resistant, low-speed drive built for rotary drum filters, belt filters, leaf filters and centrifuges.
Housings are high-strength cast iron with special anti-corrosion coating, or stainless steel 304/316L where wash-down and acid mist demand it. Internal components are stainless or nickel plated, so the drive survives the atmosphere of PTA production, lubricant dewaxing, catalyst recovery and pigment filtration instead of merely outlasting the warranty.
Mechanical seals, PTFE lip seals and labyrinth seals are combined in one enclosure. With IP65, IP66 or IP67 protection classes, the box holds its position against splash, hose-down and fine chemical dust — and keeps lubricant in, which is what protects the gear teeth.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Power range | 0.1–30 kW |
| Output speed | 0.1–30 rpm, precisely adjustable |
| Protection grade | IP65 / IP66 / IP67 |
| Insulation class | F or H |
| Housing | Coated cast iron; stainless steel 304 / 316L |
| Gears | Treated alloy steel; stainless steel |
| Lubrication | Synthetic oil or food-grade white oil |
Foot-mounted, flange-mounted, vertical or horizontal configurations let the drive fit existing filter frames without re-machining. For food, pharmaceutical and fine chemical duty, clean-in-place capability and FDA/GMP-compliant materials are available, so hygiene is designed in rather than retrofitted.
Long maintenance intervals are part of the specification, not an afterthought: sealed housings, filtered lubrication and stainless internals are chosen so a unit can run continuously between planned shutdowns instead of being pulled mid-campaign.
Service spans petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, environmental and mineral processing filtration — one drive platform, one sealing philosophy, predictable spares, and short lead times from a single unit upward.
