Product Overview:

The PQK Series Reversible Impact Crusher achieves crushing through the collision between high-speed rotating hammers and materials. The rotation direction can be changed via the motor reversal button on the control panel, saving time on hammer repositioning. It features a simple structure, high efficiency, and high output. Working Principle:

The rotor of the PQK Series Reversible Impact Crusher, equipped with hammers, is driven by the motor, causing the hammers to perform high-speed circular motion. When material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the high-speed rotating hammers. The material is then hurled at high speed against the impact plates, and further broken by the impact and friction between flying particles. The discharge size can be adjusted by changing the gap between the lower impact plate and the hammers.
