1. Introduction

The ZFZ series reducer is a parallel shaft, medium-hardened cylindrical gear reducer. It represents a significant achievement in the standardization and modular design of China's reducer industry, with its design typically conforming to national standards such as JB/T 8853-2001 (Cylindrical Gear Reducers). This series utilizes high-quality alloy steel forged gears, which are carburized, quenched (achieving a high tooth surface hardness of HRC 58-62), and precision ground. Its core design philosophy emphasizes high load capacity, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life, making it an extremely widely used universal component in modern industrial drives.

2. Key Parameters

  • Models: Usually denoted by center distance and nominal transmission ratio. E.g., ZFZ-160, ZFZ-180, ZFZ-200, ZFZ-224, ZFZ-250, ZFZ-280, ZFZ-315, ZFZ-355 (the number represents the center distance or a size code).
