I. Product Introduction

The ZFY series reducer is a parallel shaft, hard-faced, four-stage reduction cylindrical gear reducer. It is an extension of the ZLY (two-stage) and ZSY (three-stage) series, designed to meet the demand for ultra-low output speed and ultra-high output torque. This series complies with the Chinese Machinery Industry Standard JB/T 8853-2001 (same as ZSY and ZLY). Its gears are made from high-quality alloy steel and undergo precision processes like case carburizing, quenching, and grinding, resulting in extremely high load capacity, transmission accuracy, and service life. The ZFY series represents the top-tier solution in the field of ultra-high ratio general-purpose cylindrical gear reducers.

II. Main Technical Parameters

  1. Model Designation: ZFY XXX - XX - XX (XXX represents the center distance in mm).

  2. Center Distance (mm): Common sizes include: 280, 320, 360, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710. Center distances are typically large to withstand the enormous output torque.
