Introduction

The ZQ series reducer is a classic three-stage external engagement involute cylindrical gear reducer. It is a typical representative of the "horizontal base-mounted" reducers, often found under designations like ZSC or ZQA series. This series is renowned for its very high overall transmission ratio, robust cast iron housing structure, and high load-bearing capacity. Its input and output shafts are vertically oriented (non-concentric, vertical), and its base-mounted design makes it an extremely common and cost-effective solution in conveying and lifting machinery.
